All inquiries can be sent to bonjour@boneshakerparis.com. To better understand your needs, please include the following information:

• Desired date of order.
• Number of pieces you would like to order.
• The hour you would like to pick up your order.
• Name and phone number to be associated with the order (in case of emergency).

Flavors and prices are available on our site here. For inquiries about minis or giant donuts, please indicate that in the email. We can pass along the information separately.

Orders can be placed Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance, during office hours (Monday-Friday.) Inquiries received over the weekend won't be answered until the following Monday. No quantity is too small. If you have any questions about the size of the order, please do not hesitate to ask !

All orders will be paid in advance through our online payment system, Stripe.The payment link can be found on the invoice that will be mailed out when the order is confirmed.
