Refund and Returns Policy

Perishable Goods

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been collected. All sales are final.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

  • Within 24 hours: We cannot offer a refund as your donuts are already being prepared.
  • Before 24 hours: A full refund or store credit can be issued.

Missed Pickups

Our donuts are best enjoyed on the day of production. If you do not collect your order during our business hours on the scheduled date:

  • The order will be forfeited.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed pickups.

Quality Issues or Order Errors

We take great pride in our bakes. If there is a mistake with your order (wrong item) or a significant quality issue, please notify us at the time of collection or within 2 hours of pickup with a photo of the product. We will do our best to make it right via a replacement or store credit.
